following is my plan for marketing your property:
- Submit your
property to the Multiple Listing Service.
- Submit copies
of your listing to our sales staff for their waiting buyers.
- Arrange tours
of your home.
- Promote your
property for maximum exposure to the other agents in the area.
- Suggest and
advise any changes you may want to make in your property to make
it even more marketable.
- Inform you
as to any changes in the marketplace and financing and their effects
on the sale of your property.
- Add additional
exposure through a personalized yard sign.
- Hold Open
Houses.
- Market your
property to corporations and out-of-town buyers through brochures,
flyers, etc.
- Pre-qualify
all buyers to the extent possible.
- Make you aware
of all of the various methods of financing available.
- Follow-up
with all Realtors who have shown your property.
- Present all
offers and negotiate the best possible price and terms for you.
- Handle follow-up
and keep you informed after the offer has been accepted.
- Review closing
documents.
